Participant Liability Waiver & Release of Claims

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I understand that participating in adventure sports activities including but not limited to rock climbing, zip-lining, and ropes courses involves inherent risks of injury, illness, or death. I voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge of these risks. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Summit Adventure Co, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury sustained during my participation. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION: In the event of an emergency, I authorize Summit Adventure Co to secure medical treatment on my behalf.
