Coaching is forward-focused, helping you set and achieve goals. Therapy addresses past trauma and mental health conditions. Both are valuable, and I can help you determine which is the best fit.
Most sessions are held via Zoom for convenience. In-person sessions can be arranged in the Portland area.
Most clients see meaningful shifts in 4-6 sessions. We recommend starting with a monthly package and adjusting as you progress.
