NATURE OF ACTIVITIES: I understand that I will be participating in adventure sports activities that may include but are not limited to rock climbing, zip-lining, rappelling, kayaking, and ropes courses. These activities take place in outdoor environments with inherent and unpredictable hazards. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I acknowledge that adventure sports carry risks of serious injury, disability, or death. Hazards include falls, equipment failure, weather conditions, wildlife, rough terrain, and the physical actions of other participants. I voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge of these risks. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: I hereby release Summit Adventure Co, its officers, guides, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising from my participation.
